Teachers have two peer observations throughout the academic year. In one they are the observer and in the other the observee. As far as possible, instructors are paired with a colleague from a different unit to increase exposure to different student profiles and improve peer integration. Before each observation, the observee shares a short form with their partner outlining the class profile and suggesting areas for the observer to focus on. Once the observations are completed, observers share a checklist-based evaluation with their partner and CPD.
