The workshop aimed to explore effective strategies for motivating learners in online English language classes and focused on practical techniques for creating engaging online classrooms, providing effective feedback, building positive teacher-student relationships, and setting clear learning goals.

Mustafa Polat who is an Assistant Professor at Marmara University Faculty of Education delivered a training on testing and assessment. In the training, purpose of testing, importance of content validity and alternatives of measuring learning outcomes were introduced and it was presented how objective test items were written and L2 skills were assessed.
