5 May 2026: Language School Students Gathered for Ice Skating Event
The ice skating event organized by the Istanbul Medipol University Foreign Languages General Coordinatorship at Zeytinburnu Ice Rink was successfully completed. Our students came together at Europe’s largest ice rink and enjoyed their time on the ice.
Participants took to the ice using professional equipment provided by the facility and fully experienced the joy of skating. The excitement and energy of the students who had the chance to try skating for the first time were truly worth seeing. Our students, whose transportation was provided by shuttles departing from the North Campus, took a short break from their busy academic schedules to relieve stress and have a fun-filled day.
We would like to thank all the students who participated in our event. See you at our future events!

30 April 2026: The Debate of the Future: Medipol and Bezmialem English Preparatory Students Discuss Digital Influence
İstanbul Medipol University Foreign Languages General Coordinatorship and Bezmialem Vakıf University School of Foreign Languages recently organized a prestigious joint debate session, showcasing the academic language skills of their preparatory students.
In an event hosted by Bezmialem Vakıf University, students from both institutions tackled one of the most pressing issues of the digital age: “The impact of digital influencers on young generations.”
Throughout the session, our preparatory students demonstrated exceptional competence in several key areas:
- Critical Thinking and Data Analysis: Building structured and evidence-based arguments.
- English Public Speaking: Mastering rhetoric and delivery in a second language.
- Professional Communication: Engaging in intellectual discourse within a cross-institutional academic setting.
This collaborative initiative not only strengthened the academic ties between the language schools of these two prominent foundation universities but also provided a unique and memorable milestone for our students’ academic journeys. We congratulate all participants and faculty members who contributed to this successful exchange of ideas.
